Rowland Hall Chartered Certified Accountants is managed by our four Partners, each with their own areas of expertise and specialist knowledge. Working with them are dedicated teams specialising in Taxation, Audit and Accounts, Payroll and Bookkeeping.
David Street FCCA
Following the completion of further education David trained within local practice and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1995. He joined the firm as a manager at the Castle Point office in the same year, and became a Partner in 1999.
David deals with a varied portfolio of corporate and personal clients. He has an interest in proactive tax planning for all types of business, property companies, groups, and with regulated clients in the financial sector. David is the firm’s Taxation and IT Partner and is located at our Castle Point office

Dean Flood BA FCCA
Dean graduated from the University of Kent at Canterbury with a degree in Economic and Social History, he joined the Thurrock office as a trainee in 1995. He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1999 and became a Partner in 2003.
Although dealing in numerous areas of public practice, Dean’s client portfolio has a bias towards audit and corporate entities, in particular where these involve more complex group structures. His work in this field also gives him regular exposure to Corporate Taxation matters. Dean is the firm’s technical compliance partner, and is located at our Thurrock office.

Lynette Thompson FCCA
Following the completion of further education Lynette joined the firm in 1997 as a trainee and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2001. She became a Partner in 2015.
She deals largely with corporate clients with a varied portfolio of audit clients although also has specialist interest in not for profit organisations, including charities.
Lynette is located at our Thurrock office.

Wayne Smith FCCA
Wayne was educated at Palmers College in Grays, after which he joined Rowland Hall as a trainee in 2004. He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2011 and became a Partner in 2015.
Wayne is located at our Thurrock office but assists with some of the larger corporate clients at our Castle Point office. He manages a varied caseload with a particular emphasis on Audit and Corporate clients.
